We chose New Look Building Services to refurbish and modernise our bathroom based on reviews I had read. We were certainly not disappointed, from the start Michal was helpful informative and accommodating. The standard of work by the team was very highly skilled and covered all aspects of plumbing, tiling and electrics. Wojciech’s work ethic was tireless starting early and not leaving until everywhere was tidied up and put away for the night, he was an absolute star. A couple of snags at the end, which were totally outside their control were dealt with promptly and effectively. We would certainly use them again.
I have been using Michal for over 8 years (complete hour refurb, bathrooms, kitchen, etc). Michal is client centric and solution oriented and his work is of excellent quality! Previously we had continues challenges with other contractors - Michal’s service, attention to detail and work ethic really stand out and I simply would not use anyone else - Michal completely renovated our previous house to a vey high standard and has undertaken numerous projects on our new house (new build). We recently had our water tank in the airing cupboard removed when we got our new combi boiler and wanted to turn this now-empty cupboard into a wardrobe. Wojtek from Michal's team was very punctual, friendly, and did the work exactly as I had imagined, if not better. He decorated, fitted new flooring, and added purpose built shelving with a clothes rail. He even added skirting as an extra touch to finish off the job perfectly. This is the second time we have used New Look Building Services and will definitely be using again for future work. 10/10
The expertise and experience they provided was invaluable on our recent kitchen tiling project. They gave recommendations on what we could do (things we hadn’t thought of around window/sink area) and as a result the outcome was better than we had imagined. Michal and his team recently refitted 2 bathrooms to a very high standard. They are extremely hardworking - always arriving on time and working long hours when needed, although willing to adjust the timetable for us when required. The bathrooms are beautiful and immaculately fitted. They were very courteous and kept the work tidy, clearing up each day. He included us in all the decisions that needed to be made, quickly resolving any issues as they came up with lots of suggestions and recommendations. Would definitely recommend - Michal is very easy to work with.

This review comes with much delay, which is entirely my fault. The fact is that I would recommend New Look Building Services to anyone looking for a hassle-free, reliable experience and sound quality. The loft re-insulation was the third project New Look did for us and as before, work was carried out timely and cleanly by a pleasant tradesman. Michal looks after, checks and if need be chases _everything_. (No chasing was necessary with Robert for the insulation.) He is always available, always calls back, and always sees the work done. Would give 11 out of 10 for reliability, if possible.
Michal and his team completed our wet room within the agreed time frame and at the highest standard. We had very specific requirements such very large tiles in a Victorian house with unusual angles. Michal is extremely skilled and we could not be happier with the result. They worked really long hours and have always been very polite and tidy. We could not recommend them highly enough and would not hesitate to contact them in the future for other jobs.
Fantastic job completed (the first of many), including full internal cupboard / wardrobe gutting and refit, then a full bathroom refurbishment. Also closed loft hatch and opened a new one. Gave great advice and always in communication. Extremely tidy. Professional from start to finish.

We had extensive renovations following asbestos removal, including rebuilding ceilings, replastering walls, painting, moving/adding plugs &light fittings and new flooring in 4 rooms. New Look acted as one stop shop with Michal as project manager. He planned & advised, sourced &coordinated all tradesmen & materials. Everyone involved was polite, conscientious & tidy. They finished exactly when planned & showed up reliably every day. The whole experience was as stress free as such a project can be. We are thoroughly happy with the experience & results, & have hired them for another project.
Very professional and polite. Hardworking, communicated well about elements of the job and very much listened to my design choices. He communicated clearly the timelines and importantly stuck to them. Delivered on time and good standards of finish. Always left the area clean and tidy after each days work.
