The work was carried out neatly and efficiently - Michal’s team bought the items required for the shelf and bracket and plastered the wall at the end. It was a good job.
Excellent work. All the fixtures had to be removed and replaced by new, with a suspended ceiling with spotlights and vinyl floor. I appreciated not only the final product but I was also grateful for advice on the new layout: I had the bath taken out and a walk-in shower installed. The shower was better placed at the opposite end of the bathroom to where the bath had been. Literally a New Look!
We recently had our water tank in the airing cupboard removed when we got our new combi boiler and wanted to turn this now-empty cupboard into a wardrobe. Wojtek from Michal's team was very punctual, friendly, and did the work exactly as I had imagined, if not better. He decorated, fitted new flooring, and added purpose built shelving with a clothes rail. He even added skirting as an extra touch to finish off the job perfectly. This is the second time we have used New Look Building Services and will definitely be using again for future work.

The work involved locating the source of an earlier leak from my hallway ceiling. A section of ceiling and plasterwork in the hall had to be removed and replaced and the whole room redecorated. New Look did an excellent job as usual and cleared everything up afterwards. Highly recommend.

Michal led a team of two others and the work was completed in a day. I am very happy with the boarding; they cleared the rubbish and tidied up after the job. The new loft ladder and hatch have made a big difference. The team were friendly and worked really hard on the job. I would highly recommend to others.

We booked Michel to refurbish our bathroom in October’22. He began the work in February and did an absolutely brilliant job. Both Michel and his colleague worked incredibly hard throughout the 3 weeks. Michel is a great communicator, thoroughly professional and the finish and look of our new bathroom is exactly what we had in mind. The guys went above and beyond to complete the work in time: I would highly recommend their services again and will definitely be getting him to do our ensuite next year!
Michal was very communicative from the start, chatted through recommendations and arranged the work quickly. His team worked in a timely manner and did a wonderful job. We are so pleased with the high standard of work, and the transformation of our cloakroom! Excellent professional job
Michal and Wojtek came to do some work as a result of a previous cowboy builder. Wojtek was respectful of time, and his quality of work was to a very high standard. He had to take off all of the old plastering and do it all over again. Also had to create a doorway by hand to reduce the amount of mess which took some time, and required a lot of attention to detail. Also ensured the previous plumbing work was redone properly and aesthetically plus didn't leave until we were happy! I will definitely be using Michal and his team again for future building work. Highly recommended and great value
Michal and the team were excellent from initial contact, through to layout/ furniture specification advice and fitting. We had a tight deadline that Michal was able to deliver because of the efficiency and dedication of the team, who worked long hours but still managed to minimise disruption. Our refitted bathroom and en-suite have been transformed and finished to an excellent standard with a high attention to detail. All work was done within the estimated time and budget.
I recently used New Look Building Services to paint 2 bedrooms and also paint and change lights in my en suite bathroom .
